About

For me, yoga isn’t just a workout or some Insta trend. It’s my way to actually live, not just survive. I mix old-school yoga wisdom with what makes sense today, because most of our struggles—stress, being tired all the time, that non-stop overthinking—can’t be fixed from outside. They need work from the inside out.

What We Do

  • We move through asanas (yoga poses), focusing on traditional Hatha Yoga. Simple stuff like Surya Namaskar is always a part of our sessions, plus other standing, seated, and even some upside-down poses if you’re up for it.
  • Every class ends with deep rest—Savasana isn’t optional, it’s the reset button.
  • Breathwork matters. Main kehta hoon, “tum saans do, main sukoon doonga” (give breath, get peace). We practice things like Nadi Shodhana, which can seriously calm your mind and help your lungs work better.
  • Meditation is where we try to just sit, breathe, and get quiet. Sometimes we chant, sometimes it’s just silence. Guided mantra meditation helps you check in with yourself, not just your phone.

How We Practice

  • I run online yoga for beginners and regulars, so you can join from anywhere.
  • If you’re in Delhi, I do one-on-one and group sessions in person.
  • Sometimes I take workshops or travel for retreats—kehta hoon, yoga kahin bhi ho sakta hai (yoga can happen anywhere).

Who Should Join

Anyone. Doesn’t matter if you’ve never sat on a yoga mat or you’re already doing headstands. If you want to give even five minutes, that’s enough to start. Mindfulness for stress relief and a bit more peace is for everyone.
