For me, yoga isn’t just a workout or some Insta trend. It’s my way to actually live, not just survive. I mix old-school yoga wisdom with what makes sense today, because most of our struggles—stress, being tired all the time, that non-stop overthinking—can’t be fixed from outside. They need work from the inside out.
Anyone. Doesn’t matter if you’ve never sat on a yoga mat or you’re already doing headstands. If you want to give even five minutes, that’s enough to start. Mindfulness for stress relief and a bit more peace is for everyone.
