My path to yoga began not in a studio, but from a necessity to serve my family. Here, I share the traditional principles and the story behind Arya Power Yoga Academy, where every session is a step toward inner peace.

In this short video, I answer some fundamental questions about yoga. For me, the most important elements are traditional practice, breath, and continuity.

In this interview for DD Urdu, I discuss the deep history and importance of yoga, from the eight limbs described by Maharishi Patanjali to its global recognition today. It is my honor to serve my nation by sharing this ancient wisdom.

The journey of Arya Power Yoga Academy began with a call from my antaratma, my inner voice, to serve my parents and my country. I decided to dedicate my life to helping others become free from stress through the traditional path of yoga.

My life's story is deeply connected to my yoga journey. In this conversation with DD News, I share my origins, the inspiration I found in Swami Vivekananda's teachings, and how personal challenges led me to this path of service.

About My Yoga Journey & Philosophy

In every class at Arya Power Yoga Academy, we prioritize breath control and alignment over raw physical strength. My teaching style is hands-on, ensuring you understand that props like yoga wheels and straps are tools for deeper progress, not signs of weakness. I guide you through traditional breathing and meditation so you leave the studio feeling noticeably calmer than when you walked in.

My entry into yoga was not planned as a career, but as a calling. After witnessing my parents' health struggles, I turned to the teachings of Swami Vivekananda, particularly the concept that service to man is service to God. This principle of 'Seva' remains the foundation of my academy in Delhi and Gurugram.

Yoga is more than just asana. It is a structured journey involving Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi. Whether you join my group sessions for Power Yoga in New Rajinder Nagar or seek 1-on-1 personal therapy for back pain and stress, the focus remains on internal wellness.

We strip away the glamour. You will find no frills here, just functional mats, focused instruction, and a community of seekers. My method integrates traditional Hatha, Ashtanga Flow, and modern tools like aerial hammocks to ensure balance. If you are struggling with chronic stress, desk fatigue, or looking for authentic teacher training, my team and I offer a pathway grounded in discipline and patience.
