This sequence shows the progression of a foundational acro yoga pose. It begins with the base establishing stability and ends with the flyer in a beautiful backbend, all built on trust and clear communication.

An excellent example of a three-person acro yoga formation. This pose requires each person to play their part, combining the strength of two bases with the balance of the flyer in a standing split.

This dynamic three-person acro pose showcases incredible balance and core strength from all partners. The flyer holds a challenging leg variation while being supported by two bases in a bridge and backbend.

A beautiful and advanced acro yoga flow. This sequence combines a Scorpion Handstand by the flyer with a deep backbend from the base, creating a stunning shape that requires immense strength and flexibility from both partners.

This partner pose demonstrates a creative way to practice Bakasana, or Crow Pose. The base provides a stable platform, allowing the flyer to focus on arm balance and core engagement.

Here we see a classic acro yoga pose known as "Bird". The base supports the flyer at the hips with their feet, allowing the flyer to extend fully and feel a sense of flying.

Partner work can be a wonderful way to assist with deep stretches. In this video, one partner supports the other in a standing split, helping to improve flexibility and balance safely.
