My Philosophy
Warrior mentality isn't just talk for me. Yuddh hi Veer ka praman hai (War is the proof of a warrior). I believe strength comes from struggle, and fear is something you decide to face. Self-defense training isn't about looking tough - it's about being ready, every single day.
What You'll Learn
We train for real life. I mix MMA, kickboxing, boxing, and jiu-jitsu, so you get solid basics first, then go deep into practical street-fighting techniques. You'll pick up:
- Punches, kicks, elbows, knees (from zero, for beginners)
- Close combat skills and grappling
- Real-world assault drills, like handling chokeholds
- Awareness and how to keep your head sharp in tense situations
Who Can Join
Doesn't matter if you're a total beginner or you've been around. I run group classes, personal sessions, and workshops for all:
- Women's safety empowerment classes, with real-world scenarios
- Anti-bullying self-defense for kids, including 'Good Touch Bad Touch'
- Adults of any fitness level, men or women
- Group trainings for schools, colleges, offices
Training Space
Our akhada (training ground) is kitted out, but it's the community vibe and discipline that make the difference. Je tusi sher nahi ho, ta shikar ho veere (If you’re not a lion, you’re the prey, brother). Here, we build lions, not prey.

My Story
I started MAAFAI in 2013, not just to teach kicks and punches, but to make people feel strong inside. Dekho, samaj mein (look, in society), women and kids face tough times. So, I took it as my zimmedari (duty) to show them how to stand tall. That summer camp in the gaon (village) – kids learning about 'gud touch, bed touch' – still sticks with me. Respect from Geeta Bhati ji, villagers, that’s real payment. Training 250 girls at GL Bajaj, watching them change – bas, that’s why I do this.

Easy Start for Beginners - Martial arts looks tough, but we get total beginners moving in 3 months – from basic punches to wrestling.
