Unlimited Functional & Combat Training
Training Format
- Unlimited Access: Entry to all daily Morning and Evening group batches.
- Workout Style: High-intensity WOD (Workout of the Day) sessions, Animal Flow for mobility, and combat drills.
- Cardio Mix: Includes jump rope intervals, shadow boxing, heavy bag rounds, and outdoor running.
Equipment & Facility
- Industrial Gear: Usage of tractor tires, sledgehammers, kettlebells, and battle ropes.
- Premium Cardio: Shared access to Concept2 Rowers and Ski-Ergs.
- The Environment: Raw, non-AC basement facility with industrial fans and EVA foam matted flooring (barefoot training area).
Coaching
- Supervision: Floor coaching by Head Coaches to ensure form correction and intensity management.
1-on-1 Performance Coaching
Personalized Attention
- Dedicated Time: 60 minutes of undivided coach attention focusing on specific fitness targets.
- Custom Programming: Tailored plans for weight loss, explosive athletic power, or injury rehabilitation.
- Advanced Drills: Includes technical pad-work (mitts) and complex lifting movements not typically covered in general classes.
Execution & Logistics
- Form Correction: Strict monitoring of technique during heavy lifts to prevent injury.
- Scheduling: Flexible timing arranged based on mutual convenience, typically outside peak group hours.
- Tracking: Detailed monitoring of physical metrics and strength progression.

I don’t do cookie-cutter workouts. My sessions are about training - real training. If you want to look good for the ‘gram, cool, but here we build bodies that actually work. This is about sweat, grit, and pushing past what you thought you could handle.
Why We Train Like Fighters
I’m all about functional strength training and getting you prepared for anything life throws your way. You’ll see your explosive power go up, your lungs get bigger, and your joints move like they should. The goal? Real-world strength, not just gym PRs.
What Happens in a Session
- Group fitness classes, always high energy.
- Combat conditioning workouts: think sprawls, shadow boxing, and movement drills.
- Explosive power exercises with barbells, kettlebells, tire flips. Yeah, you might curse me (sab chalta hai - that's fine).
- Mobility and flexibility drills using Animal Flow and stretching – trust me, you’ll thank me later.
Who’s on the Mat
Total beginners, weekend warriors, fighters, athletes - I train everyone. Doesn’t matter if you’ve never picked up a weight or you’re stuck at a plateau. You’ll fit in here, and you’ll get pushed, but you’ll get supported too.

My Story
We’re Art of Defense, right smack in Delhi. It’s not just punching bags and sweaty mats here – it’s home, yaar. You’ll see all sorts, from tiny kids in gi to grown-ups chasing fitness or self-defense. Our coaches, like Udit and Vikas, push us hard but celebrate every win, big or small. Doesn’t matter if you’re clueless or a champ, we stick together. We hustle, learn, mess up, get better. Sabko welcome hai. (Everyone’s welcome.)
My Work
All-in-one combat sports classes - We teach MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai for beginners, Wrestling, BJJ, Crossfit, plus weight and personal training.
For kids, adults, and women - Separate batches for kids, grown-ups, and women’s self-defense. No experience needed, just show up.
Train with champs - Get your basics solid with national champs and coaches who actually care about your progress.
Flexible timings - Morning, evening, weekend batches. Monday to Saturday. Fit your training around your life.
