Not Your Regular Gym Vibes
I don’t do cookie-cutter workouts. My sessions are about training - real training. If you want to look good for the ‘gram, cool, but here we build bodies that actually work. This is about sweat, grit, and pushing past what you thought you could handle.
Why We Train Like Fighters
I’m all about functional strength training and getting you prepared for anything life throws your way. You’ll see your explosive power go up, your lungs get bigger, and your joints move like they should. The goal? Real-world strength, not just gym PRs.
What Happens in a Session
- Group fitness classes, always high energy.
- Combat conditioning workouts: think sprawls, shadow boxing, and movement drills.
- Explosive power exercises with barbells, kettlebells, tire flips. Yeah, you might curse me (sab chalta hai - that's fine).
- Mobility and flexibility drills using Animal Flow and stretching – trust me, you’ll thank me later.
Who’s on the Mat
Total beginners, weekend warriors, fighters, athletes - I train everyone. Doesn’t matter if you’ve never picked up a weight or you’re stuck at a plateau. You’ll fit in here, and you’ll get pushed, but you’ll get supported too.

All in one combat sports classes - We teach MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai for beginners, Wrestling, BJJ, Crossfit, plus weight and personal training.
For kids, adults, and women - Separate batches for kids, grown-ups, and women’s self-defense. No experience needed, just show up.
Train with champs - Get your basics solid with national champs and coaches who actually care about your progress.
Flexible timings - Morning, evening, weekend batches. Monday to Saturday. Fit your training around your life.
