About The AOD Tribe: Our Community
You'll notice one thing immediately on our mats: it isn't about being the biggest or the loudest. It’s about the person holding the pads for you, or the teammate checking your stance so you don't get hit. We aren't a high-end club with AC and mirrors; we’re a raw, honest community where everyone from kids to working professionals pushes each other to get better every single session.
At Art of Defense, we believe the best training comes from a shared grind. Whether you are stepping into a Muay Thai session with Coach Udit or working on boxing fundamentals, you are doing it alongside a community that actually cares if you show up. We have structured our batches to keep group sizes manageable—10 to 15 students—so that the coaches can actually see your mistakes and help you correct them.
We focus on the art of defense. This means we break down movements properly, from footwork in boxing to defensive head movement and clinch work in Muay Thai. It's tough, it's sweaty, and it requires discipline, but that is how you build real skill, not just gym fatigue.
Our facility in Saket is designed for work, not luxury. We have standard EVA mats, heavy bags, and functional training tools like kettlebells and tires. This isn't a place to pose for pictures; it is a place to learn how to fight, protect yourself, and build lasting fitness.
If you are worried about not having experience, don't be. Our beginner batches are built for people who have never hit a bag before. We prioritize technique and safety, ensuring you can train hard without burning out. Mat pe aa jao (come to the mat); the rest happens once you start.
