About this collection
Our sessions are held in a raw, non-AC fight club setting because the grind demands focus, not comfort. You will be working with shared heavy bags and training alongside a community that pushes you, not just a coach who monitors you. Whether you are here to master clinch work or just get a real workout in, we train with gear you will actually encounter in a real-world ring.
Muay Thai, often called the art of eight limbs, is about more than just throwing strikes—it is about precision. We focus on integrating hands, elbows, knees, and shins into fluid combinations that work under pressure.
What happens on our mats? You start with the basics of stance and movement, ensuring you are stable before you add power. From there, we move into pad work with coaches who have competed at the national level. If you are training under Udit Negi, expect a technical focus on footwork and clinch control, drawing from his experience training in Thailand.
Training Reality This is not a commercial fitness gym. We operate out of a ground-level studio in Saket equipped with standard mats and heavy bags. It gets hot, you will sweat, and the environment is designed for serious conditioning, not luxury. We use tires, battle ropes, and sledgehammers for a reason—your power comes from a solid physical foundation.
Is this for you? Whether you are a beginner who has never held a glove or someone looking to sharpen their competition-level combinations, there is a spot in our batches. We do not care if you have zero experience; we care that you show up on time and put in the work. You will find people here from all walks of life, all united by the goal of evolving on the mat.
Common Questions
- Do I need my own gear? We have community gloves, but bring hand wraps for hygiene.
- Is there sparring? Yes, but it is controlled and technical, strictly for safety and skill development.
- What if I am not fit? You do not get fit to train; you train to get fit. Start at your own pace.
