About Our Home: The Academy
It is a basement gym with rubber mats and wall fans, not a fancy health club. We keep the setup raw so you focus on the movement, the breath, and the technique rather than distractions.
We built this space for people who want to work. You will find standard EVA mats, heavy bags, and walls that have seen plenty of sweat. We do not have AC, but we have enough airflow and energy to keep you pushing through every round. Look for the Nate Diaz mural when you walk in—it is our reminder that skill and grit matter more than anything else.
Our facility is designed for functional, efficient training. We have dedicated zones for heavy bag work, pad drills, and strength conditioning using tires, battle ropes, and kettlebells. Whether you are here for Boxing, Muay Thai, or MMA, the space is geared toward learning combinations, perfecting footwork, and conditioning your body.
We keep the atmosphere welcoming for everyone, from absolute beginners to seasoned fighters. It is a shared space where you will find kids in gi, women training self-defense, and adults chasing their fitness goals side by side. We do not care about your gear or your experience level. We care about the consistency you bring when you walk through the gate. If you are ready to learn, the mat is open.
