Kids MMA & Combat Training (Monthly)
Core Training Modules
- Striking Fundamentals: Instruction in Boxing and Kickboxing stance, footwork, and basic combinations (Jab, Cross, Hook) using USI heavy bags and focus mitts.
- Grappling Basics: Introduction to Wrestling and Judo concepts, focusing on safe falling techniques (break-falls) and positional control on EVA foam mats.
- Situational Drills: Scenarios designed to improve reaction time, situational awareness, and verbal assertiveness.
Physical Conditioning
- Agility & Motor Skills: Drills using agility ladders, cones, and plyometric steps to improve coordination.
- Strength Building: Age-appropriate strength work using body weight (pushups, burpees), light kettlebells, and tire flipping.
- Core Work: Dedicated mat time for ab workouts like Russian Twists and V-Ups.
Batch Details
- Frequency: Access to classes 6 days a week (Mon-Fri evenings + Sat morning).
- Duration: 60 Minutes per session.
- Ratio: Certified instructors managing a group environment (approx. 10-15 students per batch).
- Facility: Climate-controlled (AC equipped) indoor facility.
Women's Self-Defense & Fitness (Monthly)
Skill Development
- Practical Defense: Drills focusing on escape mechanics, breaking grips, and creating distance against larger opponents.
- Striking Mechanics: Technical coaching in Muay Thai and Boxing, including elbows, knees, and punches on heavy bags.
- Ground Defense: Basic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) techniques to manage situations if a fight goes to the ground.
Fitness & Conditioning
- Combat HIIT: High-intensity interval training designed for fight endurance, featuring tire flips, battle ropes, and calisthenics.
- Equipment Access: Unlimited use of gym floor equipment (kettlebells, pull-up bars) during open gym hours.
Batch Access
- Flexibility: Entry to both specific workshops and general mixed-gender beginner batches (Morning & Evening slots).
- Assessment: Includes a 1-day trial assessment to gauge comfort level with contact sports.
- Amenities: Access to changing areas and basic washroom facilities.

My Story
We’re Art of Defense, right smack in Delhi. It’s not just punching bags and sweaty mats here – it’s home, yaar. You’ll see all sorts, from tiny kids in gi to grown-ups chasing fitness or self-defense. Our coaches, like Udit and Vikas, push us hard but celebrate every win, big or small. Doesn’t matter if you’re clueless or a champ, we stick together. We hustle, learn, mess up, get better. Sabko welcome hai. (Everyone’s welcome.)
