At Art of Defense, we’re not just about teaching moves - we’re here to shape fighters, in body and mind. Our programs are built for kids stepping onto the mat for the first time and for women looking to get stronger, safer, and more confident.

For Kids: Future Champs

Kids martial arts training here is a mix of fun and challenge. We push kids to discover what they’re capable of, not just in sport but in life.

  • Wrestling and grappling
  • Fitness, agility, and strength drills What matters most? Confidence building for kids, discipline, and a place where they can fail and get back up. The energy is high, sometimes chaotic, but the growth is real.

For Women: Strength & Safety

Our women’s self defense classes are all about practical skills and real scenarios. You’ll learn how to protect yourself and get fit at the same time. No judgment, no pressure - just support and solid training. Women can join our dedicated batch or jump into any mixed MMA or kickboxing groups.

My Story

We’re Art of Defense, right smack in Delhi. It’s not just punching bags and sweaty mats here – it’s home, yaar. You’ll see all sorts, from tiny kids in gi to grown-ups chasing fitness or self-defense. Our coaches, like Udit and Vikas, push us hard but celebrate every win, big or small. Doesn’t matter if you’re clueless or a champ, we stick together. We hustle, learn, mess up, get better. Sabko welcome hai. (Everyone’s welcome.)

My Work

All in one combat sports classes - We teach MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai for beginners, Wrestling, BJJ, Crossfit, plus weight and personal training.

For kids, adults, and women - Separate batches for kids, grown-ups, and women’s self-defense. No experience needed, just show up.

Train with champs - Get your basics solid with national champs and coaches who actually care about your progress.

Flexible timings - Morning, evening, weekend batches. Monday to Saturday. Fit your training around your life.
