Adult MMA & Fitness Group Classes
Training Access
- Frequency: Up to 6 sessions per week (Monday to Saturday).
- Duration: 60 to 75 minutes of high-intensity training.
- Batch Size: Group training with 10 to 20 students on matted floors.

- Grappling: BJJ basics including guard work and submissions on puzzle mats.
- Conditioning: Strength training using tractor tires, sledgehammers, and bodyweight drills.
Facility Environment
- Equipment: Shared use of hanging heavy bags, double-end bags, and kick shields.
- Setting: Non-AC, fan-cooled hall focused on endurance and mental toughness.
Kids & Teens Martial Arts
Age Segmentation
- Groups: Separate batches for Kids (5 to 12) and Teens (13 to 18).
- Focus: Emphasis on dojo etiquette, uniform respect, and following commands.
Curriculum
- Skills: Mix of Karate forms, Gymnastics flexibility, and Judo basics.
- Safety: Instruction on breakfalls (safe falling techniques) and non-contact shadow boxing.
- Self-Defense: Awareness training and practical escape techniques against bullying.
Progression
- Ranking: Structured path from White belt upwards.
- Development: Drills focused on agility, motor skills, and confidence building.

My aim is simple - I want to help you become fearless. At MMA Tigers, we teach way more than just punches and kicks. Discipline, confidence, and real fighter mindset - that’s what I’m after with every student. Mera goal seedha hai, future champions banana hai (My goal is straightforward: to create future champions).
MMA & Self-Defense: Not Just One Style
I mix what actually works. You’ll train in boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai for striking, plus Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for beginners and Judo for ground fighting techniques. Each session is designed so you’re ready for any real-life situation, not just the ring.
Who’s This For?
Doesn’t matter if you’re a total beginner or already sparring. I have batches for adults, kids (3+), and teens. For women, I pay extra attention to practical women's self-defense classes, focusing on moves that help you handle bigger attackers confidently.
How We Train
I won’t lie - training’s tough. You’ll hear me shout “Tej maar!” and “Aankhon mein dekh ke fight kar!” when I want you to push harder. Expect technique drills, pad work, controlled sparring, and heavy conditioning. No shortcuts.

My Story
Namaste, main Gopi – MMA Tigers ka coach. Log mujhe Gopi sir bulate hain. Saalon se fighters bana raha hoon, chota bachha ho ya koi adult, sabke andar ek fighter chhupa hai. Jab student ring mein confident hota hai, ya koi 8 kilo kam karke energetic feel karta hai, wahi asli khushi hai. Strict hoon, zor se bolta hoon, lekin asli taakat tapne se hi aati hai. Mehnat karni padegi, yahan shortcut nahi.

Classes for kids and adults - Chote bachhe (3-6), juniors (7-12), teens (13-17), adults - sabke liye alag training, confidence aur self-defence.
Weight loss kickboxing and fitness - Sirf fighting nahi, weight loss, discipline, aur energetic feel ke liye bhi training hoti hai.
Real life street defence focus - 'Tez maarna' sikhaata hoon, training tough hai, taaki road pe bhi kaam aaye.
