Unlimited Group Training Membership
Core Training
- Unlimited Entry: Access to the full weekly roster including MMA, Muay Thai (Striking), BJJ, Wrestling, and Conditioning.
- Timings: Valid for both Morning (8:00 AM) and Evening (5:00 PM - 9:00 PM) slots.
- Levels: Covers beginner fundamentals and all-level sparring batches.
Equipment & Facility
- Flooring: Usage of EVA foam puzzle mats for grappling drills.
- Gear: Access to shared USI heavy bags, focus mitts, and kick shields.
- Strength Zone: Use of tires for flipping, battle ropes, kettlebells, and medicine balls.
- Amenities: Includes access to changing area and drinking water.
1-on-1 Specialist Coaching
Personalized Training
- Dedicated Attention: 60 minutes of 1-on-1 instruction with a Striking or Grappling expert.
- Custom Plan: Tailored curriculum for specific goals like fight-camp prep or technique correction.
- Flexible Timing: Booking available outside standard batch hours.
Technical Drills
- Coach Pad-Work: Instructor-held mitts and Thai pads for precision and rhythm correction.
- Active Sparring: Controlled sparring or rolling with the coach for safe reflex testing.
- Specific Conditioning: Custom warrior conditioning circuits using functional equipment.

What Training Actually Looks Like
Expect a mix of heavy bag work, pad drills, wrestling, Muay Thai for self-defense, and MMA conditioning drills. Some days are pure grind, some days are pure learning. Classes run morning and evening, so you can fit training into your life.

My Story
We’re Art of Defense, right smack in Delhi. It’s not just punching bags and sweaty mats here – it’s home, yaar. You’ll see all sorts, from tiny kids in gi to grown-ups chasing fitness or self-defense. Our coaches, like Udit and Vikas, push us hard but celebrate every win, big or small. Doesn’t matter if you’re clueless or a champ, we stick together. We hustle, learn, mess up, get better. Sabko welcome hai. (Everyone’s welcome.)

All-in-one combat sports classes - We teach MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai for beginners, Wrestling, BJJ, Crossfit, plus weight and personal training.
For kids, adults, and women - Separate batches for kids, grown-ups, and women’s self-defense. No experience needed, just show up.
Train with champs - Get your basics solid with national champs and coaches who actually care about your progress.
Flexible timings - Morning, evening, weekend batches. Monday to Saturday. Fit your training around your life.
