Reduce stress and sharpen your mental focus with guided breathwork and meditation techniques rooted in ancient tradition.

A group of students practicing Trataka Kriya (candle gazing) in our dimly lit studio. This meditative practice is excellent for improving eyesight and developing deep concentration.

An intimate Trataka session led by one of our instructors. The steady flame helps to still the wandering thoughts of the mind, bringing about a state of peace.

Another view of our Trataka meditation circle. The practice helps activate the Ajna Chakra (Third Eye), enhancing intuition and mental clarity.

Students sit in a circle, focusing their gaze on the candle flame. This shared meditative experience builds a calm and focused energy within the group.

A student demonstrates the hand position (Mudra) for Bhramari Pranayama. This 'bee breath' technique creates a soothing vibration that calms the mind and nervous system.

A male student practices Bhramari Pranayama, showing how this technique is beneficial for everyone seeking stress relief and mental peace.

A student deeply engaged in Bhramari Pranayama. This practice is particularly helpful for relieving tension headaches and promoting restful sleep.

Two students practicing Bhramari Pranayama together in class. The humming sound helps to block out external distractions, guiding you inward.

About Pranayama & Meditation: Calming the Mind

Breathwork is easy to do wrong if you are just following a video. We have a strict camera-on policy for our online sessions and cap our groups at 15 people at our Shakarpur studio, so we can personally correct your posture and breathing rhythm. It is not just about following a flow; it is about ensuring your nervous system actually shifts into a state of deep calm.

When we talk about yoga therapy, we are not just talking about physical flexibility. We are addressing the mind. Our Pranayama and meditation sessions are designed for those struggling with the pressures of daily life—anxiety, insomnia, or simple lack of focus.

Why Our Approach is Different

We combine traditional wisdom with structured, monitored practice. You might know about Bhramari (bee breath) or Trataka (candle gazing), but doing them in a group setting with guidance changes the experience. When you practice Trataka under supervision, you learn to steady your gaze without straining your eyes. When you do Bhramari with us, we ensure your hand position is correct so you can feel the vibration in your skull, which is what actually triggers the release of tension.

What to Expect

  • Small Batches: We avoid overcrowded halls. By keeping groups small, we ensure everyone gets individual attention, especially during delicate breathwork where small adjustments make a big difference.
  • Real-Time Correction: For our online students, we require cameras to be on. This is not for surveillance; it is for guidance. We need to see your breathing pattern to coach you properly.
  • Therapeutic Focus: We look at your specific needs. If you are joining for stress relief, we lean into longer, slower, and grounding practices. If you are struggling with low energy, we incorporate dynamic breathing techniques to wake you up.

Yoga is a journey of the self, through the self, to the self. Whether you are looking for a weekend detox through Shatkarma or a consistent daily practice to manage your thyroid or blood pressure, we are here to walk that path with you.
