Mindfulness, Meditation and Breathwork Coaching
True wellness is more than just a workout. I help you build a sustainable practice of breathwork and meditation to find clarity, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself amidst the city chaos.
This video guides you through cooling pranayama techniques like Sheetali and Chandra Bhedi. These ancient breathing practices are perfect for calming the body and mind, especially during the summer heat.
Rhythmic, deep, and slow breathing is the key to physical, mental, and emotional balance. I explain the importance of Purak, Rechak, and Kumbhak (inhalation, exhalation, and retention) to deepen your pranayama practice.
"A quiet happy faith & confidence is the best foundation for SADHANA." Sadhana is more than just meditation; it's every action you take with mindfulness to become a better human being.
Seated in Padmasana for meditation. A consistent and mindful practice, whether through movement or stillness, is the path to self-analysis and transcending your own perceived limits.
Seated in Padmasana (Lotus Pose), ready for meditation. Everything in our life begins with a thought, which is why it is so important to work on cultivating a calm and focused mind.
This is your reminder to slow down. Take a step back from the rush of life, close your eyes, and just breathe. Conscious living starts with these small moments of stillness.
A moment of deep relaxation in Savasana. Asana practice prepares the body for meditation, and moments of stillness like this allow you to integrate the practice and connect with your inner self.
About Mindfulness, Meditation & Breathwork
I don't teach generic breathing exercises. We identify where your specific stress is stored—whether in your hips or through erratic breath patterns—and use targeted pranayama techniques like Chandra Bhedi or Bhramari to soothe your nervous system in real-time. You will walk away with a personalized 10-minute morning routine designed for your specific schedule, ensuring you have tools to manage anxiety long after our session ends.
My Approach to Mindful Living
I view yoga as a complete lifestyle, not just a physical workout. When we work together on meditation and breathwork, my goal is to give you tools that move beyond the mat. Whether you join me in my Chattarpur studio or via video call, the process is always the same: we slow down to understand what your mind and body actually need.
How Our Sessions Work
- Assessment: Before we start, we look at your current stress levels, sleep patterns, and emotional triggers. This helps me customize the session to your exact needs.
- Breathwork (Pranayama): We use specific techniques like Purak (inhalation), Rechak (exhalation), and Kumbhak (retention) to regulate your nervous system. These are not just exercises; they are methods to calm the mind when life gets loud.
- Sadhana: We move beyond simple relaxation into Sadhana. This is the practice of converting every action and thought into a mindful experience. It is about self-analysis and becoming a better version of yourself, not about perfection.
Why This Matters
Modern life keeps us in a cycle of constant output. My job is to help you create input. We will work on integrating small changes—calmer mornings, unplugging from digital devices, and consistent daily routines—that help you find steadiness. You don't need years of experience to start. You just need the willingness to observe your thoughts and the commitment to breathe properly. Whether you are dealing with chronic stress or just looking for a way to ground yourself, we will find a path that fits your life.
