Give me your breath, and I will give you peace. My sessions go beyond physical poses, helping you calm your nervous system through focused pranayama and deep, guided meditation.

This video captures the essence of my teaching philosophy: "You give me your breath, and I will give you peace." It shows a group settling into a meditative state, ready to begin their inner journey.

Here I am demonstrating Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing), a powerful pranayama technique to balance the mind and nervous system. This practice is a cornerstone of my classes for stress relief.

"Yogash chitta vritti nirodhah." Yoga is the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind. In this outdoor session, I am explaining this core sutra from Patanjali, sharing the philosophical roots of our practice.

Sound is a powerful tool for meditation. Here, I am leading a Kirtan (devotional chanting) session, using a microphone and a Tibetan singing bowl to create a resonant, healing atmosphere.

A yoga session is not complete without time for questions and discussion. This video shows a Q&A session after class, where students can share their experiences and deepen their understanding of the practice.

A moment of collective stillness during a large outdoor yoga event. Hundreds of participants are seated in meditation, creating a powerful field of peace and shared intention under the open sky.

I am seated here in Padmasana (Lotus Pose) at a vibrant festival, a reminder that we can find our center even amidst the chaos of the world. Meditation is the anchor that keeps us grounded.

This black and white photo captures a moment of deep meditation in the woods. The practice of Dhyana, or meditation, allows us to move beyond the physical and connect with our true, unchanging self.

A group rests in Savasana during an outdoor retreat. I am seated in meditation, holding the space for them to completely surrender and absorb the healing energy of nature.

Seated in Padmasana, I am explaining a concept during a teaching session. My hands are in Jnana Mudra, a gesture that symbolizes wisdom and the connection between the individual and the universal consciousness.

About The Breath: Pranayama & Meditation

The biggest misconception is that meditation requires a blank mind. It doesn't. My sessions focus on dhyana—teaching you how to observe your thoughts rather than fighting them. Whether we are practicing Nadi Shodhana to balance the nervous system or using sound bowls to ground you, the goal is consistent: moving you from a state of 'doing' to a state of 'being'.
