Sound Healing and Meditation Sessions

A space to pause, breathe, and let your nervous system reset. Through sound baths, guided meditation, and ancient frequencies, I invite you to slow down and find your quiet center again.

During a sound healing session, I use various instruments to create a tapestry of healing vibrations. Here, I am preparing to use a crystal singing bowl to fill the room with its pure, resonant frequency.

This is a rainstick, an instrument that mimics the gentle sound of falling rain. I use it during sound baths to create a deeply calming and cleansing atmosphere, washing away stress and worry.

A beautiful, intimate sound healing and breathwork session. The room is decorated with flowers, and the air is filled with intention as participants settle in for a journey of deep relaxation.

A close-up of some of the tools I use in my sound healing practice. Each Tibetan bowl has a unique tone and frequency that corresponds to different energy centers in the body.

Another moment from a Sturgeon Moon meditation event. Participants lie comfortably as I move around the space, allowing the healing sounds to reach everyone.

Using Koshi chimes during an outdoor sound bath. Their delicate, ethereal tones are like a gentle massage for the soul, bringing a sense of lightness and peace.

About this collection

You do not need to know how to meditate to join these sessions. My sound baths use Tibetan singing bowls and crystal frequencies designed to bypass the thinking mind entirely, so you can simply lie down, close your eyes, and let the vibrations do the work of releasing your physical and mental tension.

Whether you are feeling burnt out, struggling to switch off at night, or simply seeking a moment of genuine stillness, sound healing offers a practical way to recalibrate. When you lie in a sound bath, you are not just listening to music. You are being bathed in specific frequencies, from the deep, resonating hum of Tibetan bowls to the ethereal chime of Koshi bells, that guide your brain waves from a state of alert stress into the deep relaxation of Alpha and Theta states.

I curate these sessions to be accessible to everyone, from absolute beginners to those who practice regularly. We often integrate breathwork and gentle movement before we settle into stillness, helping the body release stored energy before the sound takes over. It is a sensory experience that feels like a massage for your nervous system.

My sound baths are held in intimate settings, sometimes quiet studios and sometimes nestled in nature during my retreats in Coorg or near Bangalore, ensuring you feel safe enough to truly let go. There is no performance here and no correct way to sit or breathe. If you find your mind wandering or even fall asleep, that is simply your body taking exactly what it needs.
