A gentle, Thai-inspired practice that uses assisted movement and steady pressure to help your body let go of deep-seated tension and return to its natural alignment.

Bodywork is a conversation with the body. Here, I am applying gentle pressure to the temples to release tension in the head and face, a common area where we hold stress.

A deep, assisted leg stretch. This helps to open up the hips and hamstrings more effectively than one could on their own, while I ensure the body remains supported and safe.

Stretch therapy is a key offering at my retreats. This video explains some of the benefits, such as increased flexibility, improved circulation, pain relief, and stress reduction.

A glimpse into a bodywork training session. We learn to use our entire bodies as tools for healing, applying pressure and leverage to create space and release in our partners' bodies.

I recently completed an advanced bodywork and Thai massage course to deepen my skills. This is a practice of giving and receiving, and I am honored to share this healing art with my clients.

A full-body view of an assisted stretch. This dynamic movement helps to mobilize the spine and open the entire front side of the body.

Using my foot to apply steady, grounding pressure to the upper leg. This technique allows for a deep release in the large muscles of the thigh and hip.

Another angle of the assisted leg stretch, showing how I use my body to create a safe and effective opening for the recipient.

An assisted 'happy baby' pose. This is a wonderful way to release the lower back and open the hips, and the partner assistance allows for a deeper, more restorative version of the pose.

Applying focused pressure to points on the foot. According to reflexology, this can help to release tension and promote healing throughout the entire body.

About Healing Touch: Bodywork & Stretch Therapy

I use Thai-inspired techniques—my hands, feet, and body weight—to move you into postures you could not reach alone. This is not a passive massage, but active recovery. We work together to breathe into the tightness in your hips, lower back, and shoulders, helping your nervous system finally let go of the physical holding patterns you carry every day.
