Flowing with grace under the moon. A serene Sunday evening guiding beautiful souls through the healing rhythm of Aqua Yoga in a stunning villa pool. This is where water meets wisdom.
Finding balance and serenity in the water. This participant holds a seated yoga pose, her body supported by the pool, allowing for a deeper sense of calm and focus.
Guiding a participant through a floating Savasana, or relaxation pose, using pool noodles for support. This is one of the most deeply restorative experiences in Aqua Yoga, as the water holds you completely.
I often guide parts of the session from the poolside to demonstrate postures clearly. Here, participants follow along, finding their own expression of the pose in the water.
The gentle ripples of the water add a meditative quality to our practice. Here, a participant enjoys a moment of quiet floating, allowing the water to release tension from her body.

Arriving at Villa Maati, a beautiful location just outside Bangalore that was the perfect setting for our soulful Sunday Aqua Yoga event. The environment is key to the experience.
About this collection
You do not need to be a swimmer to join these sessions. I use pool noodles and other supportive props to ensure you feel steady and safe, allowing your body to fully release deep-seated tension without the usual strain on your knees or back.
When you step into the water for a session, something immediate happens. The buoyancy takes the weight of the world off your frame, and your nervous system naturally begins to downshift. Whether we are at a farm stay near Bangalore or an oceanfront resort, the water acts as a gentle support system. It allows us to move into deep stretches and flow states that might feel impossible on a rigid studio floor.
In my classes, we focus on moving with the water, not against it. We practice slow, rhythmic movements that improve circulation and help quiet the mind. It is moving meditation in its purest form. If you have been carrying chronic aches or just feel like your brain is in overdrive, this is the environment that helps you drop the mask and exhale. You arrive as you are, we move through the water, and you leave feeling lighter, reset, and genuinely rested. These sessions are perfect for those recovering from minor injuries or anyone simply craving a softer way to build strength and mindfulness.
