Experience the weightless relief of Aqua Yoga. The water supports every movement, making it gentle on your joints while offering a deeply calming resistance for a full body reset.

Finding balance and serenity in the water. This participant holds a seated yoga pose, her body supported by the pool, allowing for a deeper sense of calm and focus.

Guiding a participant through a floating Savasana, or relaxation pose, using pool noodles for support. This is one of the most deeply restorative experiences in Aqua Yoga, as the water holds you completely.

I often guide parts of the session from the poolside to demonstrate postures clearly. Here, participants follow along, finding their own expression of the pose in the water.

The gentle ripples of the water add a meditative quality to our practice. Here, a participant enjoys a moment of quiet floating, allowing the water to release tension from her body.

About Aqua Yoga: Flowing with Water

You do not need to be a swimmer to join these sessions. I use pool noodles and other supportive props to ensure you feel steady and safe, allowing your body to fully release deep-seated tension without the usual strain on your knees or back.
