About Sound Healing & Vibrational Medicine

My sound healing sessions go beyond just listening to music. We use crystal singing bowls and targeted sound meditation to create specific vibrational frequencies that help the body physically release tension, particularly within the nervous system. Whether you are dealing with chronic stress, hormonal shifts, or simply need to quiet a racing mind, this practice is a gentle, effective way to return to your center without needing to move through complex yoga postures.

How Sound Healing Works

Sound healing, or vibrational medicine, acts on the principle that everything in our body—down to our cells—has a resonant frequency. When we are stressed, anxious, or dealing with physical pain, our internal rhythm often falls out of harmony. By using the pure, resonant tones of quartz crystal singing bowls and Tibetan metal bowls, we introduce external frequencies that encourage the body and mind to entrain to a state of deep relaxation.

What You Experience

During a session, you are not expected to do anything other than lie down and be present. You might feel a gentle tingling, a sense of floating, or simply a deep, quiet stillness. It is a form of passive meditation that often reaches states of calm which are difficult to achieve through traditional silence.

I don’t treat sound healing as a one-size-fits-all performance. I approach it as a therapeutic tool for nervous system repair.

  • Personalized Focus: Before we begin, we spend a moment discussing your current state—whether it is IVF support, menopausal hot flashes, or general burnout—so I can tailor the resonance of the bowls to support your specific needs.
  • Integrative Approach: I often weave in breathwork (pranayama) and Yoga Nidra alongside the sound bath to ensure you leave the session feeling both grounded and restored.
  • Flexible Participation: Whether you prefer the shared energy of a group sound bath at our studio in Challaghatta or the intimacy of a private session for deep trauma release, we find the format that best supports your healing journey.
