I create sacred, intimate retreats specifically for women, often those navigating the journey of ages 35 to 50. These are safe spaces to address hormonal changes, pre-menopause, and burnout, where we find strength and understanding in sisterhood through shared practices and heartfelt connection.

Aqua Yoga: Flowing with Water

Discover the unique, healing practice of Aqua Yoga. The buoyancy of the water supports your joints, making movement feel effortless and free, while the gentle resistance helps build strength. It’s a deeply calming and restorative experience suitable for all bodies and fitness levels.

The Art of Deep Rest: Sound Healing & Meditation

I use ancient tools like Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes to create a sound bath that resets your nervous system. These pure frequencies guide you into a meditative state where deep healing occurs, reducing stress, improving sleep, and bringing you back to a place of inner quiet.

Healing Touch: Bodywork & Stretch Therapy

This is a form of therapeutic, assisted stretching and massage inspired by Thai massage techniques. In these sessions, I use my hands, feet, and body weight to guide you through a series of yoga-like postures, helping to release deep-seated tension, improve flexibility, and restore your body's natural alignment.

Transformative Practices: Ice Baths & EFT

For those ready to go deeper, I offer powerful practices like ice baths and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). The ice bath builds mental and physical resilience, while EFT Tapping is a psychological acupressure tool that helps release emotional blocks and reduce anxiety.

Nourish to Flourish: Our Retreat Cuisine

Food is a big deal here. Every meal is prepared with love and intention, focusing on nourishing, farm-to-plate ingredients with an Ayurvedic twist. We believe that eating well, especially in a joyful, communal setting, is a fundamental act of self-care and healing.

Our Sanctuaries: Retreats in Nature

I believe nature is the real healer, so I choose our locations with great care. We meet in grounding places like boutique farm stays in Coorg, luxury tents near Bangalore, or wild oceanfronts in the Andamans. These sanctuaries allow you to disconnect from the noise and hear yourself think again.
