About this collection
Before you dive into the ice, we spend time grounding your nervous system. Whether you are nervous about the cold or hesitant about tapping, my role is to hold that space for you. You do not need to be an athlete or have experience with meditation; you just need to be willing to sit with your breath while we clear the mental blocks together.
The Ice Bath is rarely just about the cold. In my sessions, we use it as a mirror for how you handle stress in your daily life. When the initial shock of the cold water hits, your instinct might be to panic or jump out. I teach you to soften, focus on the exhale, and find that quiet place of observation within the discomfort. It builds genuine mental resilience that stays with you long after the retreat ends.
We pair this with Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT Tapping. If the ice bath works on your physical nervous system, EFT works on your emotional one. By tapping on specific meridian points while voicing what you are feeling, we help unstick those stubborn thoughts and anxieties. It is a psychological acupressure tool that helps you process things you might have been holding onto for years.
I host these sessions in our sanctuaries across Coorg and the outskirts of Bangalore. Whether we are setting up a portable pod on a farm or working in a quiet studio space, the focus remains the same: a safe, guided, and deeply personal environment. You are never alone in these practices. We walk through the resistance together, moving from the initial hesitation to a state of clarity and calm.
