About this collection

You do not need to be an expert to feel the impact of a sound bath. Whether you are coming for relief from a hectic work schedule or to explore Nada Yoga, my sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are. I start by settling the body with gentle movement or breathwork, ensuring you are physically ready to let go before we begin the sound immersion. This preparation is what helps most people reach a state of stillness much faster than they expect.

Why sound therapy works: It is not magic, but physics. When we use instruments like crystal bowls and gongs, the vibrations physically interact with your nervous system. These frequencies encourage the brain to shift from a stressed, active state into slower brainwave patterns like alpha and theta. This is where true rest happens.

Why I integrate movement: You will notice I rarely just start with the sound. My approach combines Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, and sometimes Kalari-inspired flows to release tension in the muscles. If your body is holding stress, your mind stays alert. By loosening the physical frame first, we allow the sound to penetrate deeper, making the meditation far more effective.

Where we meet: I hold sessions in various environments, from quiet studios in Bengaluru to open-air spaces in nature. Each setting changes the resonance. A session in a stone studio feels contained and intense, while an outdoor session under the trees allows you to blend your own internal rhythm with the sounds of the environment.

What you need to know:

  • Wear comfortable, loose clothing.
  • Come with an open mind, but no specific expectations.
  • Hydrate well before and after.

I am here to facilitate, but you are the one doing the work. You set the pace. If you are ready to explore how sound can help you manage stress or improve your sleep, I would be happy to guide you through your first session.
