This is for the woman I create these retreats for. The one who has been strong for everyone else and now deserves to be held. Our women's retreat in the Andamans is a space for just that.

She has held families, deadlines, and dreams. This retreat is an invitation for her to finally let go and remember what it feels like to be held herself, supported by the ocean and a circle of sisters.

We focus on soul rest, not just sleep. It's about finding a sacred community where you can be yourself, fully and without apology. This is a space for deep embodiment and feeling at home in your body again.

A glimpse into the quiet, candlelit moments we share at my Women's Wellness Retreats. This 3-day journey is designed to be a soulful pause for your mind, body, and hormones.

Here's what you can expect at a women's retreat. We incorporate daily yoga and breathwork, hormone-supportive meals, sound healing rituals, and most importantly, a safe and supportive sisterhood.

I design these retreats for women navigating the specific challenges that can arise in midlife. We create a space to address mood swings, sleep disturbances, fatigue, and emotional overwhelm with gentle, supportive practices.

About this collection

My retreats are not a holiday to escape reality, but an invitation to engage with it more fully. I focus on creating a dedicated space for women, particularly those in the 35 to 50 age group, to navigate the physical and emotional shifts of midlife. Whether you are dealing with hormonal changes, menopause symptoms, or deep burnout, we use breathwork, sound healing, and gentle Yin yoga to help your nervous system finally let go.

I believe that healing does not need to be fancy; it just needs to be honest. When you join one of my sanctuary retreats, you are stepping away from the demands of work and family to simply exist. My approach is rooted in the understanding that you have likely been the strong one for everyone else, and now it is your turn to be held.

Where We Gather

I carefully select locations that allow you to hear yourself think again. Whether it is a rustic 100-acre farm in Coorg, a luxury boutique villa near Bangalore, or the wild oceanfront of the Andamans, every space is chosen to ground you. In the Andamans, we introduce water-based rituals like Aqua Yoga, using the ocean's buoyancy to release physical tension. In our shorter retreats, we focus on deep stillness and fire rituals to help you clear the mental clutter.

This is a sacred pause. I invite you to leave your roles behind for a few days and rediscover who you are when you are not performing for anyone else.
