About this collection

When I host these gatherings, I am not looking for perfection, just a space for you to let your guard down. Whether we are spending a weekend at a local farm or taking a longer journey to the ocean, the focus remains on simple, honest connection: nourishing food, movement that feels right for your body, and enough silence to actually hear yourself think.

My retreats are not about escaping reality. They are an invitation to engage with your life more fully. When you join me for an immersive experience, you enter a space designed to help your nervous system finally exhale.

The Approach to Wellness

Each retreat is a blend of different modalities. We might start the morning with a gentle Vinyasa flow or Acro Yoga to wake up the body, and move into deeper, quieter practices as the day winds down. You will find sound healing with crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, stretch therapy for deep alignment, and circle sharing to foster community.

Why Nature Matters

I choose locations that allow for deep immersion, from the quiet edges of a farm in Nelamangala to the vast openness of the Andamans. Removing the constant input of city life gives your mind a chance to reset. You do not need to be an expert in yoga or meditation to join. I welcome beginners, tired professionals, and anyone simply looking for a change of pace.

Logistics and Preparation

These events are small by design to ensure I can provide individual attention. Meals are intentional, focused on nourishment, and we create a safe container where you can be yourself without needing to perform. If you are feeling burnt out, the focus is on finding an environment that suits your current needs and comfort levels.
