Group Sound Bath Journeys
Step into a space where noise fades and vibrations guide you to rest. Whether in a studio or under the open sky, these sessions are an invitation to let go and reconnect.
During an intimate Sturgeon Moon meditation, I use a crystal singing bowl to cleanse the energy of the space. Participants are resting in Savasana, fully immersed in the healing vibrations of the sound bath.
A different angle from our full moon gathering, showing the peaceful atmosphere as participants relax. My focus is on creating a safe and serene environment where everyone can let go and receive the benefits of the sound.
In this group session, I am preparing to use a specific instrument to add another layer of sound. Each session is intuitively guided, with a unique combination of instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes.
A moment of gratitude and connection before beginning a sound healing session outdoors. I often start by centering the group's energy, creating a shared intention for our time together.
An outdoor rooftop sound healing session where I begin by lighting palo santo to clear the space. Participants lie comfortably as I prepare the instruments, including a rainstick and Tibetan singing bowls, for a restorative sound journey.
A moment of prayer and intention setting at the start of a beautiful sound healing and breathwork session. The space is filled with flowers and the energy of the group, ready for a wholesome experience.
A wide view of a sound bath in a beautiful studio. You can see participants resting peacefully as I sit with my instruments, guiding the flow of energy and sound through the room.
About this collection
Unlike a standard guided meditation, these sessions are a physical experience. You will feel the resonance of the Quartz Crystal and Tibetan bowls as I move around the room, directing the vibration to help ease stored tension in your body. It is not about listening, it is about letting the sound wash over you until your nervous system finally exhales.
A Sanctuary of Sound
These sessions are designed to dial down the mental chaos. When you join a group sound bath, you do not need to prepare, perform, or achieve anything. You simply show up, stretch out on a mat, and allow yourself to be held by the sound.
What Happens in a Session?
Each session is intuitively guided, blending a variety of instruments to create a unique landscape for rest:
- Crystal Singing Bowls: These emit pure, sustained vibrations that are particularly effective at calming the mind.
- Tibetan Singing Bowls: I use 7-chakra tuned metal bowls, often placing them near you to let the sound penetrate deep into the body's tissues.
- Nature-Based Instruments: Rainsticks, wind chimes, and gentle percussion ground the experience in the rhythms of the earth.
Where We Practice
We gather in different settings to suit the energy of the moment. We hold sessions at my studio, the Zen Yoga Shala in Thanisandra, where we control the lighting and acoustics for maximum immersion. When weather permits, we move to rooftops or outdoor groves, allowing the sounds of the wind and trees to weave into our soundscape. I also bring these sessions to corporate offices in Bengaluru, where we focus on 'desk detox'—helping teams release tech-neck and eye fatigue before sinking into a 45-minute deep rest.
Who This Is For
These journeys are for anyone, regardless of experience. Whether you are burnt out from a long work week or simply curious about how vibration feels in the body, you are welcome. You do not need to be in a good place. You just need to arrive.

I’m Ashrita, and I’m a fellow traveler who knows what it feels like to carry too much. I host these sound baths not to perform, but to create a safe, quiet container where you can finally stop doing and just be.
