Corporate Wellness and Office Yoga Sessions in Bengaluru
Bringing deep rest into the boardroom. I help teams in Bengaluru move, breathe, and reset through practical desk yoga and immersive sound healing sessions.

Leading a large group of employees at ABB through a deep relaxation exercise. Providing these moments of rest in a corporate setting is essential for preventing burnout and enhancing productivity.
Walking through the room with a frame drum during a corporate session. The drum's rhythmic, grounding beat helps to anchor the participants' awareness in the present moment, quieting anxious thoughts.
It was an honor to facilitate a session for International Yoga Day at Autoliv, a global leader in automotive safety. Here I am, seated with my instruments, ready to guide the employees through a journey of sound.
Working with athletes is a unique joy. Here, I am guiding the Mad Rabbit Racing team through a pre-race sound healing and meditation session to enhance focus, calm nerves, and improve performance.
A desk yoga and meditation session at MagicBricks for International Yoga Day. Even without yoga mats, we can use chairs and simple movements to release tension and find stillness in the office.
A wonderful group photo after a personalized wellness session at IKEA. It's always a pleasure to see the calm and happy faces of participants after they've experienced the benefits of sound healing.
About this collection
I know office spaces aren't always set up for relaxation, so I adapt the session to your reality. Whether it is a conference hall or a small breakout room, I bring everything—from props to my instrument suite—to turn your workspace into a quiet zone. You do not need a studio, specialized gear, or even yoga mats; we just need a bit of floor space and a willingness to unplug for an hour.
Moving Through Workplace Tension
Most of us spend our days hunched over laptops, leading to tech neck, tight shoulders, and eye fatigue. In my corporate sessions, I start with what I call a 'Desk Detox.' We do not go into complex poses. Instead, I lead you through mobility drills designed to be done in your work clothes. These simple movements help release the static tension that builds up during hours of sitting.
The Sound Bath Reset
After we release the physical tightness, we move into the sound healing portion. I set up my Tibetan and crystal singing bowls right there in your office. The vibrations from these instruments help settle the nervous system, which is usually in a state of high alert. It is not about music; it is about frequency. Many participants tell me that even 45 minutes of this allows them to return to their desks feeling sharper and less reactive than they did at the start of the day.
Practical Logistics
I have facilitated these sessions for teams at companies like ABB and MagicBricks, so I understand the constraints of a professional environment.
- Flexibility: I arrive 30 minutes early to handle the setup, allowing the session to slot seamlessly into your team's day.
- Inclusivity: My sessions are secular and accessible. You do not need prior yoga experience or a flexible body to benefit.
- Customization: Whether it is a pre-race calm-down for athletes or a stress-relief break for corporate staff, I adjust the soundscape and movement to fit your team's specific needs.
If you are looking to offer your team a genuine moment of rest rather than just another meeting, let us talk about what that looks like for your office.
Ashrita
I’m Ashrita. I started these corporate sessions because I’ve seen how much we carry in our bodies after a long day at the desk. My goal is simple: to help you and your team find a moment of real quiet, even in the middle of a busy workday.
