About this collection
You don’t need to be flexible to join my Hatha flow workshops. We focus on releasing stiffness in the neck, shoulders, and hips through intuitive, mindful movement rather than chasing perfect poses. The goal is simple: you leave with a calmer mind, having learned specific techniques to manage stress long after the session ends.
Finding Your Inner Flow
These group workshops are not just about physical exercise. We use the body as a bridge to the mind. My Hatha and Vinyasa flow sessions focus on what feels natural, helping you release stored tension in areas like the hips and shoulders. We start by moving, but we end by simply being.
The Science of Sound
After our movement, we transition into a deep sound bath. I use over 45 instruments, including Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, handpans, ocean drums, and wind chimes. These vibrations aren't just for listening; they are for feeling. We use the live frequencies to help your nervous system shift from a state of 'fight or flight' to deep restoration. Many participants find that this is where they finally stop thinking and start feeling.
Workshops vs. Retreats
- Themed Workshops (2.5 Hours): Perfect for busy days in Namma Bengaluru. We combine Hatha yoga with a 60-minute sound immersion, using aroma and chant to clear the mind quickly.
- Weekend Wellness Retreats: These are deep-dive experiences at nature-centric locations. We incorporate Marma therapy, pranayama, and longer, uninterrupted sound journeys. This is where you disconnect from the city, eat simple Satvik meals, and reset your energy entirely.
Everything I teach—from breathwork to sound healing—is designed to be taken home. You aren't just attending a class; you are learning to become your own healer.
