Mindfulness for Kids and Educators

I bring the quiet power of sound into classrooms and summer camps, helping children find focus and teaching educators how to hold space for themselves. Let’s create calmer, more connected learning environments together.

A video from a sound healing session at a Eurokids summer camp. It's beautiful to see how naturally children respond to the sounds, finding stillness and relaxation with ease.

Another glimpse into a mindful session with children at Eurokids. I use sound to help calm their active minds, teaching them simple tools for self-regulation from a young age.

This is a flyer for a special sound healing session I hosted for educators. The goal was to teach them how to use sound to release stress and anxiety for themselves and their students.

Here I am speaking about the importance of postural health for educators. When teachers are aligned in their own bodies, they can create a more grounded and thriving environment for their students.

In this clip, I am explaining a few methods that educators can use to incorporate mindfulness and postural awareness into their daily routines. Small shifts can make a big difference.

About this collection

Whether I am working with a room full of energetic children at a summer camp or leading a workshop for teachers, the goal is the same: nervous system regulation. You might think sound healing is just for adults, but watching a group of kids transition from chaos to complete stillness as a crystal bowl begins to hum is proof that these tools work. It is not about silencing them; it is about giving them a way to self-regulate when the noise of the day gets too loud.

In my work with educational institutions, I often see that the most effective way to help a student is to first support the teacher. When I facilitate sessions for educators, we focus on postural health, breathing, and release techniques that counteract the physical and mental toll of classroom management. By incorporating these mindful habits, teachers can create a container of calm that students naturally mirror.

Why Sound Healing Works for Young Minds

Children navigate a world of constant overstimulation. Sound healing acts as a reset button for their nervous systems. Through my sessions—which often blend storytelling, gentle movement, and the resonant vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls—I teach children that it is okay to pause. We aren't trying to achieve a meditative state; we are simply practicing how to breathe, listen, and ground ourselves.

Supporting the Mentors

My approach for educators is practical. We cover:

  • Postural Health: Aligning the body to prevent fatigue and burnout.
  • Breathwork: Simple, science-backed tools to use during high-stress classroom moments.
  • Sound Immersion: A dedicated space for teachers to process, release, and return to their work with renewed clarity.

If you represent a school or organization in Bengaluru looking to integrate wellness into your curriculum or staff development, I would be happy to discuss a custom workshop tailored to your needs. My goal is to make these accessible tools for regulation a standard part of the educational experience.
