This is a flyer for a special sound healing session I hosted for educators. The goal was to teach them how to use sound to release stress and anxiety for themselves and their students.

Here I am speaking about the importance of postural health for educators. When teachers are aligned in their own bodies, they can create a more grounded and thriving environment for their students.

It is not about silencing them; it is about giving them a way to self-regulate when the noise of the day gets too loud.
