It is not just about listening to music; I use quartz crystal and metal Tibetan bowls to create specific frequencies. During a session, I use these instruments to create a sound bath that helps shift your brainwaves into a state of rest, similar to how a deep, guided nap feels for your nervous system. You do not need to do anything except lie down and let the vibration move through you.
Understanding Sound Therapy
Sound healing is a practical way to manage the 'tech neck' and mental clutter that comes with city life. My sessions are grounded in the idea that our bodies respond to frequency. When I play the crystal singing bowls or the deep gongs, those vibrations are not just heard—they are felt. This resonant frequency helps in nervous system regulation, effectively telling your body that it is safe to stop the 'fight or flight' response and finally exhale.

- The Soundscape: I introduce a mix of Tibetan bowls, rainsticks, and chimes. I carefully layer these sounds to create a landscape that encourages your mind to wander and then settle.
- Integration: We end with a short silence. This is often when people feel the most clarity—when the noise stops and you can hear your own thoughts again.
