About this collection
People often ask how strength training and sound meditation fit together. The secret is balance. By pairing active movement with the slow, restorative vibrations of crystal bowls, we help your body release deep tension it did not know it was holding. You leave the mat feeling both physically capable and deeply aligned.
Combining high-energy movement with slow, restorative sound might seem contradictory, but it is exactly what our nervous systems crave in a fast-paced city. When I host these workshops at venues like the Creative Studio in Richmond Town, the goal is not just a standard workout. It is an exploration of your own capacity.
In the first half of these collaborative sessions, we focus on strength, mobility, and posture, often using calisthenics or targeted drills to wake up the body. Then, we transition into the sound bath, where the vibrations of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls allow the muscles to release the effort they just exerted. It is a powerful way to reset.
These sessions are designed for everyone, from beginners who have never touched a yoga mat to experienced athletes looking for a recovery tool.
