I take my yoga practice beyond the studio, hosting retreats in quiet Himalayan settings where we combine nature, sound healing, and movement. It is a chance to pause and recalibrate your energy away from the city rush.

A glimpse from my Dehradun Yoga Retreat. We combined mantra meditation with live Sufi music, allowing the vibrations to bring balance and peace to the mind and body in a beautiful outdoor setting.

About Wellness Retreats

When we move out of the city and into the hills, our practice shifts. I design these retreats to be gentle, not a fitness boot camp, because you are here to heal. We balance structured pranayama sessions by the river with long, slow evenings of sound healing. The pace is designed so you can actually hear your own thoughts again.
