Featured Wellness Retreats & Mindful Movement
Welcome to my space of stillness and movement. These highlights offer a glimpse into the retreats and workshops where we step away from city chaos to listen to the wisdom of the body. Here, we rest, heal, and reconnect.
I guide participants through a morning asana practice, held in a beautiful attic space filled with soft, natural light. This is a moment to tune into the body's wisdom, moving with breath and intention, far from the noise of the outside world.
During a sound healing session, I use a traditional Tibetan singing bowl to create vibrations that calm the nervous system. This practice of sound bath therapy allows for deep rest, helping to release stored tension and restore a sense of inner harmony.
Embracing the element of fire is a powerful act of transformation. In my "From Fear to Feminine Fire" workshop, we explore fire flow as a dance of surrender, a way to connect with our inner power and let our wild, untamed spirit shine.
Here, a group gathers in a sharing circle, a sacred space for honest connection and heartfelt conversation. These circles are central to my retreats, offering a judgment-free zone to be seen, heard, and supported by the community.
Finding stillness on water, even as the monsoon rain falls. This moment of paddleboard yoga captures the essence of my nature-based retreats, where we learn to flow with life, let go of control, and trust the path, just like a river finds its way.
A heartfelt hug shared between two participants captures the spirit of sisterhood and safety we cultivate in our women's circles. It is in these moments of genuine connection and vulnerability that true healing and support are found.
This is a gentle reminder for when you feel stuck. It’s an invitation to pause, breathe, and turn inward not to fix, but to understand. My retreats are built around creating a safe space for this journey back home to yourself.
I offer a moment of deep relaxation with a singing bowl during an outdoor sound healing session. This personal, focused attention is a key part of the experience, allowing each individual to receive the healing vibrations of sound in a serene, natural setting.
About Featured
In these gatherings, the focus is never on perfecting a pose, but on creating a safe container for whatever your body needs to release. Whether we are hosting a 7-hour urban workshop at a studio in Indiranagar or a 4-day eco-farm retreat, my approach centers on somatic connection—using breathwork, sound healing, and sharing circles to help you stop pushing and start receiving. It is less about instruction and more about holding space for your nervous system to finally settle.
Finding Your Way Back Home
Many of us walk through life feeling stuck, disconnected, or constantly overwhelmed by the pace of the city. My work is not about 'fixing' these feelings. Instead, I offer spaces—whether in open artistic studios in Indiranagar or at rustic eco-farms like Varanashi—where you can pause and listen to what your body is trying to tell you.
What You Will Experience
Every event, from our 'From Fear to Feminine Fire' workshops to our residential nature retreats, is grounded in a blend of modalities:
- Somatic Movement & Flow: We move to release tension, not to burn calories. This includes somatic dance and fire flow, which help us tap into our wild, untamed energy.
- Sound Healing & Rest: Through Tibetan singing bowls and Yoga Nidra, we bring the nervous system into a state of deep, restorative calm.
- Community & Connection: Real healing happens when we are seen. Through sharing circles and communal satvic dining, we create a non-judgmental sisterhood where it is safe to be vulnerable.
Who This Is For
There is no requirement to be a 'yogi' or an athlete. If you are craving a slower pace, nature, or a community that holds space for your full spectrum of emotions, you belong here. We keep our groups intimate—15 to 30 people for workshops—to ensure that every person receives genuine presence and care. Whether you are looking for a Saturday afternoon reset in Bengaluru or a four-day escape into the mountains or coast, these sessions are an invitation to stop doing and start being.
Abharana
I’m Abharana. I grew up believing movement is a conversation between mind and body, and I have spent years learning how to help people come home to themselves. When you join my circle, you aren't just a participant; you are a human being needing space to breathe, laugh, and sometimes just be.
Let's find your space to breathe.
Whether you need a day of rest in the city or a weekend away, search for the experience that calls to you.
