About Mind & Body Workshops
These sessions happen in our signature dark room, using candlelight and intentional soundscapes to help you drop the week's stress. Whether you are coming for Animal Flow or a sound healing workshop, we provide all the mats, bolsters, and blocks you need, so you just have to show up ready to reset.
Our approach to wellness is built on the belief that real growth happens when you get out of your comfort zone. We run these workshops at our Indiranagar and Central Bangalore studios for anyone looking to step off the bike and into a different kind of movement.
Why these sessions matter

We focus on mindful movement like Animal Flow, which uses ground-based patterns to build strength and mobility while getting you out of your head. For those days when you just need to stop the mental chatter, our Sound Healing sessions use Tibetan singing bowls to guide you into a state of deep meditation.

These are not your standard, silent studio classes. We bring the same energy we put into our spin rides to these sessions, just with a different frequency. You will find:
