Looking to deepen your practice beyond the daily routine? My workshops and retreats are designed for full immersion, where we slow down to truly connect with movement, breath, and sound.

An announcement for my Hatha Siddhi Retreat, celebrating International Yoga Day and World Music Day. These events combine movement, breath, and the healing power of sound.

I am excited to offer summer camps for kids at my studio, Nrityog. We explore a range of activities including yoga, dance, karate, and art to create a fun and memorable experience for children.

I am thrilled to offer rejuvenating yoga sessions at LshVa Art Space. These classes focus on building strength and flexibility through asana, and finding stillness through pranayama and meditation.

This is the announcement for my regular "Yogabhyasa" classes at Nrityog. I offer both morning and evening batches, focusing on Hatha yoga, Vinyasa, and Pranayama for all levels.

About Workshops, Retreats & Events

Unlike my regular daily classes, these workshops are extended sessions where we dive deep into the combination of movement, breath, and sound. Whether it is a full-day Hatha Siddhi retreat or a focused sound healing weekend, these events are designed to give you the space to fully unplug and reconnect, which is hard to achieve in a standard 60-minute session.

When you step into a workshop or a retreat, the goal is not just physical training but finding that quiet space inside your head. I host these events at Nrityog in Horamavu and LshVa in Koramangala to provide a dedicated environment away from your daily distractions.

What to expect:

  • Deep Dives: We move past basic asanas to explore advanced arm balances, inversions, and the finer points of Pranayama.
  • Sound Immersion: I integrate Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and rainsticks to facilitate cellular detox and deep relaxation. This is often the part of the practice that brings the most clarity.
  • Community: There is a unique energy when a group practices together for a longer period. It is about growing as a family, or Enge family, where we learn from each other's progress and setbacks.

I also run seasonal camps, like our kids' summer programs, which combine yoga with art, karate, and movement therapy. These are not about competition; they are about teaching discipline and keeping the joy alive in movement. Whether you are looking for a weekend reset or a specific skill-based workshop, these events are your invitation to pause and breathe.
