My Tiramisu is a timeless classic. I layer coffee-soaked ladyfingers with a creamy mascarpone mousse and finish it with a dusting of cocoa and our signature chocolate seal.
The Opera Cake is a French masterpiece. It features thin layers of almond joconde, coffee buttercream, and rich chocolate ganache, creating a perfect harmony of flavors.

My Zed Classic Cheesecake is baked to perfection. It has a smooth, creamy blend of mascarpone and cream cheese over a buttery biscuit crumble, topped here with a blueberry compote.
For a modern twist, I created the Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake. It has a creamy cheesecake base infused with Biscoff flavor and topped with a whole Biscoff biscuit.
My Tres Leches cake is a light sponge soaked in three different kinds of milk, making it incredibly moist and decadent. It's topped with whipped cream and a fresh strawberry.
My Honey Cake is a layered delight. It features honey-cinnamon joconde sponge with burnt honey and a light cheese-honey crémeux between each layer.
I also make classic French crepes. Here they are served simply with sliced bananas and a generous drizzle of chocolate sauce, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

I source eggs from Kegg Farms and keep my ingredient lists short. You won't find shortcuts here because the flavour tells the truth. When you order a cake for a celebration, I focus on the structure and the freshness, ensuring the textures—the fluffiness of the sponge, the snap of the chocolate, the creaminess of the mousse—are exactly as they should be.
