My café isn't just about the croissants. By lunch and dinner, I turn the oven heat up to serve hearty, comforting mains that bring a bit of Paris to our busy Bangalore days.

My lunch spread is designed for sharing and savoring. It features a juicy burger with potato wedges, a grilled panini, a fresh hummus platter, and a basket of crispy fries.

From our kitchen, with love. A top-down view of some of my savory favorites: a gourmet burger, a grilled panini sandwich, a hummus platter, and a side of fries.

My Arrabiata pasta is a classic comfort dish. I prepare it with a tangy tomato sauce that has a little kick, fresh basil, and a generous sprinkle of parmesan cheese.

This is my take on a chicken pizza, with tender pieces of chicken, fresh basil, and plenty of melted mozzarella on our hand-stretched dough.

A beautifully grilled fish steak, served with herbed rice and a zesty, fresh chimichurri-style sauce that cuts through the richness of the fish.

A satisfying two-handed grip on my gourmet burger, served on a black plate with seasoned potato wedges and a fresh side salad.

A perfect café pairing. This video showcases my Grilled Paneer Panini sandwich alongside two of our refreshing coolers, the Berry Blast and Peach Iced Tea.

I believe in savoring every flavor. Here, a crispy French fry is dipped into ketchup, with a juicy burger and a refreshing drink completing the perfect meal.

When in doubt, add more cheese. My creamy pesto penne gets a final flourish of grated parmesan, with a fresh pizza waiting in the background.

My savory menu is just as important as my sweets. This video moves from a pour of fresh coffee to a twirl of hearty spaghetti, showcasing the range of our offerings.

About Hearty Mains: Lunch & Dinner

Whether you're stopping by for a workday lunch or a relaxed dinner, my kitchen focuses on fresh, honest ingredients, like the Kegg Farms eggs in my shakshouka or the premium cuts I use for evening steaks in Indiranagar. If you're coming by for a meal, I recommend starting with the hummus platter or one of my fresh salads while you decide on your main.
