My café isn't just about the croissants. By lunch and dinner, I turn the oven heat up to serve hearty, comforting mains that bring a bit of Paris to our busy Bangalore days.

My lunch spread is designed for sharing and savoring. It features a juicy burger with potato wedges, a grilled panini, a fresh hummus platter, and a basket of crispy fries.

My Arrabiata pasta is a classic comfort dish. I prepare it with a tangy tomato sauce that has a little kick, fresh basil, and a generous sprinkle of parmesan cheese.

This is my take on a chicken pizza, with tender pieces of chicken, fresh basil, and plenty of melted mozzarella on our hand-stretched dough.

If you're coming by for a meal, I recommend starting with the hummus platter or one of my fresh salads while you decide on your main.

While I started as a baker, my heart has always been in the full dining experience. As the day progresses, my café transforms, moving away from the morning coffee rush into a more relaxed bistro setting.

My lunch menu is built for those quick but quality breaks. You will find fresh options like my Orange and Sesame Chicken Salad, which pairs perfectly with a light panini or an avocado toast. For something more substantial, my Arrabiata pasta is a staple. It is tangy, fresh, and has just the right amount of kick.

When evening hits, particularly at my Indiranagar location, the energy shifts. This is when I bring out the steakhouse menu. Think premium cuts of lamb and fresh fish, seasoned with care and served with herbed rice. It is not about fine dining or stiff service. It is about good food, honest cooking, and a space where you can unwind.

I do not believe in shortcuts. I source eggs from Kegg Farms and fresh produce from Farm Theory, ensuring that whether you are ordering a gourmet burger or a rustic pizza, the foundation of the dish is solid. Every plate that leaves my kitchen is meant to be a comfort—a balance of European technique and the vibrant energy of our city.
