When I built these spaces, I didn't want just another cafe. I wanted a place that acts like a pause button. Whether you are grabbing a quick coffee near the Museum Road outlet or spending an evening at the Indiranagar steakhouse, the lighting, the color palettes, and the layout are all designed to make you feel like you are stepping out of the Bangalore rush and into a quiet Parisian street.

I’ve always felt that food tastes better when the environment is right. That’s why each of my outlets—Indiranagar, Forum South Mall, and Museum Road—has its own personality, unified by that classic Parisian charm. At Forum South, you’ll find soft pink hues and cozy corners, while Indiranagar offers that transformation from a calm morning cafe to a lively evening steakhouse.
