A glimpse of the perfect breakfast spread. It features fluffy pancakes with fresh berries, classic eggs benedict, a savory bagel, and a freshly brewed cappuccino to start your day right.

This is what brunch dreams are made of. A table filled with choices like our classic bagel sandwich, sunny-side-up eggs with hash browns, flaky croissants, and avocado toast.

There's nothing quite like a stack of fluffy, golden-brown pancakes. Here, they're served with fresh strawberries and blueberries, ready for a generous drizzle of honey or maple syrup.

My Shakshouka is a dish I'm truly proud of. It starts with sautéing fresh onions and carrots, building a rich tomato base, and then poaching ethically sourced eggs until the yolks are perfectly runny.

My Pain Perdu, or French Toast, is made with thick slices of caramelized brioche bread. This one is topped with fresh tropical fruits and a dollop of light Chantilly cream.

I believe I've perfected the bagel sandwich. It starts with a fresh bagel, a generous layer of cream cheese, and fluffy scrambled eggs, all coming together for a satisfying and delicious bite.

I offer toasties for every taste. Here, you can see the preparation of my mushroom toastie, with sautéed mushrooms layered over cream cheese, and our popular avocado toast in the background.

My Creamy Spinach Quiche is a savory delight. It features a buttery, flaky tart crust filled with a rich custard of spinach and cheese, served alongside a fresh side salad.

For something heartier, I recommend the Chicken and Mushroom Quiche. It’s packed with tender chicken and earthy mushrooms in a creamy filling, making for a truly satisfying meal.

I build my menu around ingredients I trust, like Kegg Farms eggs for my Shakshouka and fresh produce from Farm Theory. When you order, know that it is made to order, not sitting on a warmer, so the pancakes arrive fluffy and the toasties stay crisp.

My approach to breakfast is simple. I want food that feels like a hug, whether it is a quiet morning coffee or a brunch catch-up with friends. I lean into traditional techniques, like caramelizing brioche for French toast or poaching eggs until the yolks are perfectly runny, to ensure every dish has texture and character.

Why I Focus on Quality

Using ethically sourced, farm-fresh ingredients is not a marketing tactic for me, it is the foundation of the flavor. When you use better eggs and fresh produce, the dish does not need heavy sauces to taste good. You will find this consistency across all three of my locations in Indiranagar, Forum South Mall, and Museum Road.
