This is what brunch dreams are made of. A table filled with choices like our classic bagel sandwich, sunny-side-up eggs with hash browns, flaky croissants, and avocado toast.

There's nothing quite like a stack of fluffy, golden-brown pancakes. Here, they're served with fresh strawberries and blueberries, ready for a generous drizzle of honey or maple syrup.

My Shakshouka is a dish I'm truly proud of. It starts with sautéing fresh onions and carrots, building a rich tomato base, and then poaching ethically sourced eggs until the yolks are perfectly runny.

My Pain Perdu, or French Toast, is made with thick slices of caramelized brioche bread. This one is topped with fresh tropical fruits and a dollop of light Chantilly cream.
