When I started Zed The Baker in 2018, I wanted to strip away the pretense of high-end dining and replace it with the honest comfort of a neighborhood bakery. These illustrations capture that philosophy. They are my way of documenting the journey—from the first pour of an Arabica blend to the evening transition where my Indiranagar space turns into a steakhouse.
