About Our Commitment to Quality
The ZED certification on our wall reflects how we handle everything, from our cage-free eggs from Kegg Farms to our farm-fresh produce from Farm Theory. We do not believe in shortcuts, so when you order our Shakshuka, you know exactly where those ingredients began.
We take the name Baker seriously. That means importing our deck ovens from Switzerland, Denmark, and France to ensure the lamination in our croissants is technically perfect. We combine these old-world European baking techniques with the vibrant energy of Bengaluru.
It is not just about equipment, though. It is about the partners we choose. We source our coffee beans from Seven Beans Coffee Company because they understand the roast profile we need for our signature Spanish Latte. Our vegetables come from Farm Theory, ensuring they are as fresh as the day they were picked.
When you visit our cafés in Indiranagar or elsewhere, you are eating food made with transparency. We refuse to compromise on quality because we know that real food tastes better when it has a story. Whether it is a breakfast of eggs benedict or a late-night steak, every item on the menu has been tested, tweaked, and served with pride.
