I use fresh, ethically sourced eggs from Kegg Farms for my signature Shakshouka, serve up sky-high pancakes, and offer classics like buttery French toast and perfectly prepared avocado toasties.

Hearty Mains: Lunch & Dinner

As the day progresses, my menu transitions to offer more substantial fare. I serve everything from gourmet burgers and sandwiches to comforting bowls of pasta and artisanal pizzas. In the evening, the café transforms with a steakhouse menu, featuring premium cuts of lamb and fresh fish.

Artisanal Pastries & Breads

The "Baker" in my name is a promise of quality, and it starts with my artisanal breads and pastries. I use traditional techniques and the best imported equipment to create everything from flaky, buttery croissants to rustic sourdough loaves. Each item is baked fresh daily, filling the café with an irresistible aroma.

Signature Cakes & Desserts

Dessert is not an afterthought here; it's an art form. My pastry case is filled with a rotating selection of classic and modern cakes and desserts, from the timeless Tiramisu and Opera Cake to a variety of rich brownies and creamy cheesecakes. Each one is crafted to be a memorable end to your meal, or a perfect treat on its own.

Handcrafted Beverages

I take my coffee very seriously, sourcing my beans from the excellent Seven Beans Coffee Company. Beyond coffee, my menu features a wide range of handcrafted beverages, including rich hot chocolate, refreshing iced teas and coolers, and indulgent frappes and milkshakes to complement any meal or mood.

Our Parisian-Inspired Spaces

I wanted to bring a piece of Paris to Bangalore, so I designed my cafés to be more than just places to eat. They are warm, inviting spaces with cozy corners, floral details, and elegant decor, perfect for a quiet coffee, a meal with friends, or hosting a special event.

Special Events & High Tea

My café is more than just a place for daily dining; it's a venue for creating special memories. I love hosting events, from elegant High Teas with custom menus to exclusive pop-ups and "all-you-can-eat" breakfast gatherings. It's my way of building a community around a shared love for good food.

I believe in keeping things fresh and exciting, which is why I introduce new menus and seasonal specials. Whether it's a completely new steakhouse menu for our Indiranagar flagship or a summer menu celebrating the king of fruits with mango-infused desserts, there's always something new to discover.
