We are an artisanal bakery and all-day dining café crafting Parisian-inspired delights with a local soul. Our menu features handcrafted pastries, celebration cakes, steaks, and catering for any event.

Here is my Chocolate Fudge Cake, a true showstopper for any celebration. I layer moist chocolate sponge with smooth buttercream and a rich milk chocolate ganache, then finish it with delicate chocolate flakes and gold leaf for that extra touch of elegance.

A quiet morning moment captured. My classic butter croissant, almond croissant, and pain au chocolat are served alongside a perfectly crafted cappuccino. Each pastry is a testament to the art of French viennoiserie.

When mango season arrives, my kitchen comes alive with the scent of summer. This is a preview of my limited-time mango menu, featuring everything from creamy cheesecakes and tarts to refreshing milkshakes, all celebrating the king of fruits.

I believe High Tea should be an elegant and personal experience. Here is a setup from one of our events, featuring a tiered stand of delicate sandwiches, macarons, and pastries, all ready for an afternoon of charming conversation.

Gifting should be as beautiful as the gift itself. My macarons, with their crisp shells and chewy centers, are presented in this elegant, French-inspired box, making them the perfect present for someone special.

To show you that I do more than just sweets, here is my Pulled Chicken Pan Bagnat. It features spicy pulled chicken, fresh lettuce, and tomatoes packed into a soft, freshly baked pan bagnat bread, served on a wooden board.

This is my Chef’s signature Lamb Steak, a true highlight of our evening menu. I ensure each premium cut is seared perfectly, served tender and juicy with a rich, flavourful sauce and seasonal vegetables.

I believe everyone should enjoy a great steak, which is why I created this Cottage Cheese Steak. It's grilled and served with a zesty chimichurri sauce, offering a delicious and satisfying vegetarian main course.

To start your meal, I recommend my golden-battered Fish Sticks. They are perfectly crispy on the outside and tender inside, served with a classic, creamy tartar sauce for dipping.

Beyond steaks, I take pride in perfecting comfort classics. This beautifully plated spaghetti is tossed in a rich, house-made sauce and served with grilled garlic bread, representing simple elegance.

My Story

Hey, I’m Zed The Baker. Started out in 2018 with a wild idea - bring Paris vibes right into Bengaluru. Flour on my hands, butter in my hair, just mixing up classic European baking with our city’s energy. We grew from a tiny bakery to a buzzing café, now even flipping steaks at night in Indiranagar. For me, it’s all about that first bite, warm chat, and a little bit of magic in every pastry.
