Signature Grilled Steaks & Platters
The Protein Options
- Cottage Cheese Steak (Veg): A thick, seared slab (180g-200g) of fresh firm paneer.
- Lamb or Tenderloin (Non-Veg): Premium cuts (180g-220g) seared to order (medium/well-done) and rested.
The Sides
- Starch: Choice of creamy butter-whipped mashed potatoes OR herb-infused tossed rice (100g portion).
- Vegetables: Pan-roasted exotic veggies including broccoli, baby carrots, and zucchini seasoned with herbs.
Finishing
- Sauce: Reduction sauces like Chimichurri (Veg) or Peppercorn/Red Wine Jus (Meat) poured over the steak.
- Garnish: Microgreens or edible flowers.
Italian Mains: Pastas, Risottos & Pizzas
The Base
- Pasta: Spaghetti, Penne, or Fettuccine tossed in house-made sauces (Alfredo, Arrabbiata, Pesto, Aglio E Olio).

By day, I’m all about fresh bakes and comfort food, but every evening our Indiranagar spot gets a glow-up. If you’re after more than just casual bites, my steakhouse & fine dining experience is for you. I wanted to blend what I know best - care, flavour, and a little bit of drama on the plate.
Steak, but Make It Special
Steak isn’t just steak here. I use premium steak cuts, grilling them just right for that juicy, rich bite. My Chef’s signature lamb steak is a crowd favourite - soft, seared, paired with sauce that’s honestly addictive. Not into meat? The cottage cheese steak, with zesty chimichurri, is my way of making sure vegetarians don’t miss out. No one goes home feeling left out.
More Than Just Steaks
The menu’s got range. Fish sticks that crunch (with classic tartar, obviously), signature pastas, pizzas, and a proper lasagna for when you want something cozy. I’ve kept it small and focused - every plate gets attention.
Only at Indiranagar
This isn’t everywhere - just my Indiranagar café, and only at dinner. It’s got a cosy vibe, nothing too uptight, but definitely feels like a treat. Timings are fixed: 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM. If you want a little more out of your evening meal, you’ll find it here.

My Story
Hey, I’m Zed The Baker. Started out in 2018 with a wild idea - bring Paris vibes right into Bengaluru. Flour on my hands, butter in my hair, just mixing up classic European baking with our city’s energy. We grew from a tiny bakery to a buzzing café, now even flipping steaks at night in Indiranagar. For me, it’s all about that first bite, warm chat, and a little bit of magic in every pastry.
My Work
Artisan Bakery & Café - We bake Parisian croissants, cheesecakes, handcrafted macarons, and artisanal celebration cakes. Full café menu too.
All-Day Dining & Steaks - Breakfast, burgers, pasta, and at night, Indiranagar turns into a steakhouse. Always something new on the grill.
Seasonal Specials - Watch out for our summer mango desserts and limited-edition Dream Cakes. We like to keep things fresh.
