About Signature Cheesecakes
When you order a cheesecake from me, you are not getting a factory-made dessert. I use real ingredients—like fresh fruit compotes made from scratch and high-quality cream cheese—with no shortcuts or stabilizers. Because I bake these to order in my Narayanapura kitchen, I recommend placing your request at least two days in advance to ensure the texture and flavors are perfect when it reaches you.
My Baking Approach
I treat cheesecake as a craft, not a commodity. Whether it is a dense, classic New York style or a lighter, tangy Baked Yogurt version, I focus on the balance between texture and taste. I don’t use pre-mixes or artificial preservatives. When you taste the blueberry compote on top, it is made from real fruit, reduced slowly in my kitchen, not a synthetic jam.
Which Style Suits You?
- New York Style Baked: This is for the traditionalists. It is dense, incredibly rich, and has that signature golden, baked crust that pairs perfectly with a coffee.
- Basque Burnt: My personal favorite. It has no crust, just a deeply caramelized top that gives way to a soft, custard-like center. It is messy, rustic, and bold.
- Baked Yogurt Cheesecake: A Bangalore fan-favorite. This is my lighter take on the classic. It is tangy, creamy, and feels a bit less heavy, making it the perfect dessert after a full meal.
- No-Bake Cold Set: Perfect for those who prefer a mousse-like, velvet texture, usually built on a hand-pressed biscuit crust.
