This is Shavige Uppittu, or vermicelli upma, loaded with fresh vegetables. It's a wonderful and light alternative to the traditional rava uppittu and is a popular breakfast choice.

About Traditional & Healthy Breakfast
Most commercial breakfast spots rely on store-bought powders and heavy refined oil, but I do things differently. My sambar masala and chutneys are ground fresh in my kitchen, which means you get that real, old-school flavor without the artificial aftertaste or unnecessary acidity.
Whether you are craving soft Tatte Idlis, crispy Vadas, or a warm bowl of Uppittu, my kitchen focuses on the basics done right. You will find a daily rotation of authentic Karnataka dishes like Gojjavalakki, Shavige Uppittu, and Paddu, all prepared with the care I would put into a meal for my own family.
I never reuse oil, and many of my items are prepared without onions or garlic, making them lighter on the stomach for your daily start. If you have specific dietary needs, like a vegan preference or need a larger batch for a morning meeting, just let me know.
I deliver fresh breakfast across Bangalore from my base in Girinagar. While my menu changes daily to keep things interesting, the quality remains consistent. Whether you need a single tiffin for yourself or a bulk order for an office rehearsal, it is cooked to order, not mass-produced. It is simple food—nothing fancy, just the authentic taste of Karnataka brought to your doorstep.
