Skip the instant mixes and start your morning with wholesome, traditional South Indian favorites cooked with pure ghee and absolutely no reused oil.

These breakfast boxes were prepared for a corporate event. Each box contains a complete meal of idli, vada, uppittu, and chutneys, making it a convenient and delicious option for meetings and gatherings.

Here are my soft and fluffy Tatte Idlis, a specialty from Karnataka. They are served with my homemade coconut chutney and flavorful sambar for a classic South Indian breakfast experience.

A weekend favorite for many, this plate of hot, puffy pooris is served with a delicious mixed vegetable saagu and a side of fresh coconut chutney. It's a comforting and hearty breakfast.

A simple, light, and savory breakfast of Uppittu, also known as upma. I prepare it with fine semolina and vegetables, garnished with fresh coriander. It's a quick and wholesome meal.

This is Shavige Uppittu, or vermicelli upma, loaded with fresh vegetables. It's a wonderful and light alternative to the traditional rava uppittu and is a popular breakfast choice.

This collage shows the variety in my breakfast menu. You can see golden-brown paddu, soft set dosas, and other preparations that are part of my daily rotating breakfast offerings.

Gojjavalakki, a traditional Karnataka dish made from flattened rice (avalakki) with a tangy and spicy tamarind-based masala. It's a unique and flavorful breakfast item.

A closer look at my Gojjavalakki, garnished with fresh coriander and grated coconut. The combination of textures and flavors makes this a truly special dish.

This is Vaggarane Avalakki, a light and savory dish made with flattened rice, tempered with mustard seeds, curry leaves, and green peas. It's a perfect quick breakfast or evening snack.

Bisibele Avalakki is a creative twist on the classic Bisibelebath, made with flattened rice instead of regular rice. It’s a wholesome one-pot meal with lentils, vegetables, and my special spice blend.

About Traditional & Healthy Breakfast

Most commercial breakfast spots rely on store-bought powders and heavy refined oil, but I do things differently. My sambar masala and chutneys are ground fresh in my kitchen, which means you get that real, old-school flavor without the artificial aftertaste or unnecessary acidity.
