Yoga is about connection, with yourself and with others. This space is where we build strength together, learn new skills, and support each other's wellness journeys.
It was an honor to lead a yoga session and flow beside Milind Soman and Ankita Konwar. These are the moments of connection that remind me why I started this journey.
A day of flowing, laughing, and connecting. Here I am at an event, teaching a pose and later engaging in a heart-to-heart conversation about fitness and purpose with my peers.
Bringing my passion for yoga to the stage at the Mrs. India Queen of Substance pageant. This was a moment to showcase the strength, grace, and confidence that my practice has given me.
Flowing with a friend in comfortable, organic athleisure. In the company of others, we find clarity and joy, reminding us that the path is not meant to be walked alone.
Yoga gives time, it doesn't take it. Here I am demonstrating a deep backbend at a brand event, combining my love for the practice with stylish and functional athleisure.
About My Teaching & Community
When you join my sessions, you are not just showing up for a workout; you are stepping into a space that feels like family. Whether we are working through an intensive backbend drill or flowing through Vinyasa sequences, I keep our batches small, capped at 12 people, so I can give every student personal, hands-on attention. We do not just count reps here; we actually practice, fall, and get back up together.
My teaching philosophy is simple. Yoga does not take time, it gives time. In my Model Town studio, I focus on building a community where we learn together, share the struggle of a tough pose, and celebrate the wins, no matter how small they feel.
Why Practice With Me?
- Small Groups, Real Progress: With batches capped at 12, you get proper alignment correction. You will not get lost in the crowd because I am right there with you, offering tactile cues.
- Collaborative Energy: I regularly host workshops where we dive deep into specific skills like inversions, hip mobility, or backbends. It is about understanding the anatomy of the movement, not just mimicking a shape.
- Real Talk, Real Results: We are not here for size zero trends. We are here to build functional strength, especially if you are navigating life changes like PCOS or postpartum recovery. Pehle apni lifestyle mein thoda badlav laao (make small changes in your lifestyle first). Yoga is a solid start to that journey.
- Beyond the Mat: My studio is a judgment-free zone. If you wobble or fall, that is just part of the process. I have been there too. We use props like wooden poles and alignment mats to keep you safe while you push your boundaries.
Whether you are a beginner or have been practicing for years, this is a place to find your sanity. We flow, we connect, and we keep showing up. That is the only promise I ask you to make.
