Welcome to my sanctuary. At Sweatnstretch, we focus on real strength and steady practice, not trends. Explore the movement styles that keep our community growing in Model Town.

This is my sanctuary. The mat is where I find silence, strength, and the freedom to rise after every fall. My practice is a moving meditation, a way to connect back to myself.

Building strength in advanced arm balances like Eka Pada Bakasana is a journey of patience. It's not just about physical power, but the mental focus and trust you build with every attempt.

Here is a glimpse into one of my Ashtanga Yoga classes. I guide students through each posture, focusing on breath and alignment to build a strong body and a calm, centered mind.

We dedicate time in my classes to specific mobility drills like these for the hips. Unlocking tight hips is key to deeper postures, reducing stiffness, and feeling more fluid in your daily life.

I incorporate Stick Yoga into my practice to explore balance and support in new ways. Using a prop like this helps in finding alignment and stability in both simple and complex poses.

I love hosting yoga retreats in beautiful, natural settings like Rishikesh. These immersive experiences are a chance to deepen your practice, connect with a community, and find peace away from daily life.

Some days are a challenge, especially as we navigate life over 40. I show up on the mat without expectation, accepting my body as it is. This is my practice of transitioning through poses like Sirsasana and Kurmasana, embracing the journey.

There is a unique energy when you practice with a partner. This is a real-time Vinyasa flow with my own guru, focusing on synchronized breath and movement, from backbends to hip openers.

We keep batches small to 6-12 students, so I can actually see your form and give you the cues you need to practice safely, even on those days when your energy feels low.
