Forget perfectly still poses. We focus on the movement between them, linking your breath to every transition to build heat, cardiovascular health, and deep focus.

Flowing together as a group brings a special kind of energy. This sequence includes synchronized movements through crunches, wheel pose variations, and full splits (Hanumanasana).

A seamless partner flow transitioning from headstands into various poses. Practicing together helps build trust, non-verbal communication, and a shared sense of calm.

In my classes, I provide hands-on adjustments and clear cues to ensure everyone moves safely. Here, I am guiding students through a standing and kneeling flow sequence.

Practicing outdoors connects us to nature. This is a beautiful synchronized flow with a partner, moving through sun salutations and splits against the backdrop of a fountain.

A powerful group flow moving through Chair Pose (Utkatasana), twists, and lunges. The energy of practicing together is motivating and helps everyone stay present.

This clip shows a segment of our partner practice, moving through a kneeling side stretch into a deep lunge. The focus is on graceful transitions and shared breath.

Continuing the flow, we move into a kneeling quad stretch and a bound reverse prayer pose. These movements are excellent for opening the shoulders and chest.

This part of the sequence focuses on deep flexibility with a full split (Hanumanasana) and expressive, open-hearted side stretches, all performed in unison.

Here, the flow incorporates a challenging side plank variation into a wild thing pose (Camatkarasana), demonstrating a blend of balance, strength, and flexibility.

The sequence concludes with advanced postures like the one-legged insect pose (Eka Pada Koundinyasana) and a deep forward fold, showcasing control and dedication.

About Dynamic Vinyasa Flows

In my classes, we don't just follow a generic routine. We use partner flows and hands-on adjustments to help you understand your body, not just imitate a shape. Whether you are a beginner or looking to refine your practice, I keep the batch sizes small (6 to 12 students) so you get actual correction, not just a teacher shouting instructions from the front.
