About Teaching & Community

Most yoga classes leave you guessing if you are doing it right, but here, we prioritize individual corrections over group uniformity. Whether you are joining our daily morning Mysore sessions online via Zoom or attending a weekend intensive in Delhi, you get real-time feedback on your breath, alignment, and transitions. We are not just showing you poses; we are teaching you the method so you can eventually practice with confidence on your own, wherever you are.

How We Practice

Our approach is rooted in the Mysore-style method, which means we work with you exactly where you are. You don't need to be flexible or 'yoga-ready' to start; you just need to show up.

Online Mysore Classes: We run daily classes (Monday to Friday) that allow you to practice at your own pace while receiving guidance. You aren't just following a screen; we watch your form, correct your alignment, and help you understand the Tristhana method—breath, posture, and gaze—so the practice becomes yours.

Workshops & Intensives: When we host in-person intensives in Delhi, Ludhiana, or other locations, the focus shifts to a deep dive. These are safe, supportive spaces to troubleshoot specific poses, ask questions about anatomy, or rebuild your foundation if you've been away from the mat for a while.

Building Your Foundation

  • For Beginners: We break down the basics of Sun Salutations and standing postures, ensuring you build strength safely without injury.
  • For Experienced Practitioners: We work on biomechanics and the 'why' behind advanced transitions, helping you get unstuck.
  • The Community: Yoga can be a lonely practice, especially at home. Our group chat is active, supportive, and filled with students sharing their progress, questions, and the occasional 'real life' struggle of fitting yoga into a busy day.

This isn't about perfectly posed photos; it's about the consistency of showing up, even when life is messy.
