My Yoga Classes and Community in Bangalore

Whether it’s a sunrise session on the rooftop or a group flow in the park, this is how we practice. No ego, just discipline and a community that shows up.

Celebrating International Yoga Day with my wonderful students in a park in Bangalore. It's a joy to share this practice with the community.

Practicing the Ashtanga Sun Salutation with my partner on the rooftop at sunrise. Practicing with someone can deepen your commitment and make it more enjoyable.

Celebrating the first ever World Meditation Day with a poolside yoga session. Meditation is an essential part of the yogic path.

This is yoga. This is also yoga. And this is yoga too. Every person's practice looks different, and that's the beauty of it. There's no comparison on the mat.

Practice makes perfect. Here I am practicing a synchronized flow with my students. We grow together in our journey.

POV: Yoga has altered your life. A look at one of my group classes, where we work on strength, flexibility, and focus together.

"Yogah Karmasu Kaushalam." Yoga brings skill in action. Here I am leading a class, guiding my students to find that skill and awareness in their own practice.

About this collection

In my classes, I keep the batch size small, around 8 to 15 students, so I can actually see you. Whether you are joining me online or in person at Bellandur, I enforce a 'Video On' policy and manual posture checks. I am there to correct your form, not just lead the count.

My yoga community is not about perfectly posed photos, it is about showing up. I teach in parks, on rooftops, and in community halls because nature brings a different energy. In my offline classes around Bellandur and Sarjapur, we train in non-AC environments to encourage natural sweating and deeper discipline. This is not a gym, it is a space to build real strength using Ashtanga Vinyasa flows and traditional Dand circuits.

For those joining online, do not think it is a passive experience. I keep my Zoom sessions interactive and focused. If your alignment is off, I will call it out. The goal is to build a practice you can sustain, not just follow a video for an hour.

We focus on three things: discipline, technique, and consistency. If you are looking for quick fixes or magic pills, this is not the right place. But if you are ready to grind, fix your posture, and actually feel stronger after every session, you will fit right into our community. We practice together, correct each other, and grow together.
