I was a CA before I became a yogini, so I don’t believe in magic shortcuts or quick fixes. You won't find us promising a single-asan weight loss cure. Instead, we focus on consistent and highly effective habits—mixing breathwork, movement, and proper alignment—to build health that stays with you.
When I started teaching eight years ago, my goal was simple: to share the 'sukun' (peace) I found on the mat. We have grown into a tight-knit community here in Paschim Vihar, where we treat health as an investment, not an expense.
